Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:30AM – 5:30PM & Friday 8:30AM – 3:00PM
Appointments suggested, walk-ins by availability.

Directions: LIE exit 63 to route 112 north. Approximately 8 miles to Port Jefferson Sta.   Turn right on Route 347 and make a u turn into the Professional park to building three on the right side.

We travel to most Hospitals, Health Care Centers, Nursing Facilities and Schools for our patient’s convenience.
