Henry is a Rottweiler that
was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around his right front paw, as a result his paw
is shorter and malformed causing him difficulty in walking and balancing. |
He is currently getting used to his new prosthesis which will require adjustments as he continues to grow. We are hoping he does not chew the end off his prosthesis as it is made of a similar material to his chew toys. |

George is a black Labrador Retriever that was hit by an automobile. As a result he had lost the use of muscles in his front paw ("drop paw"). We fabricated a brace that supported his paw while standing and kept it from dragging while walking. |
|
PLS Type brace for paw. |

Design and fabrication
of a custom made canine prosthesis or adaptive device The procedure entails a trip to our facility and several days stay locally for casting, fitting , delivery and follow-up. These devices are custom made and need to be intimately fitting or they could cause sores and or not support your pet properly. You can send us pictures of the residual limb and sound limbs so that we can give you a better idea on design and costs. If you would like to arrange an appointment or discuss this further, please call the number below. Thank you. Marty Mandelbaum CPO
