Please call us to verify benefits. We will be happy to call insurance
company to verify benefits whenever possible.
We have developed relationships with managed care companies and are constantly trying to procure more contracts. Should you have questions regarding one of the above insurance plans or if a specific plan is not listed please call our office for an update. There are many instances where we are able to obtain authorization for devices even though we are not a participating provider. In an effort to free up your time, please feel free to call and have us verify insurance benefits. We will be happy verify benefits and if unable to provide services, we will refer to the appropriate provider for that plan. Several insurance plans do not have coverage for O&P (DME), they often direct patients to facilities even though in these cases patients are paying out of pocket and can go anywhere they wish. Several insurance plans have only a small percentage of patients that actually have DME riders. |
