Avenue was built in 1994 to meet both state and federal regulations and is located in
the heart of Suffolk County's medical community. Being centrally located on Long
Island, and in close proximity to St. Charles Hospital, Mather Memorial Hospital, and
University Hospital at Stony Brook allows patients from Nassau and Suffolk County to
utilize our services. When we outgrew our previous facility, we planned our present
day location with the patient’s interest in mind. Our spacious, attractive
waiting area features a children's play area stocked with toys. Videotapes and literature
are available so that patients/clients can be better informed regarding our
services. Our patient/client and gait analysis rooms are spacious as well, providing
comfort and peace of mind during your visits. Our orthotics & prosthetics lab
features the latest in design and fabrication technology ensuring high quality, precise
fit and comfort. Our facility is fully computerized enabling us to
efficiently and accurately process your records and insurance information. Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM Directions: LIE exit 63 to route 112 north. Approximately 8 miles to Port Jefferson Sta., 1st light after crossing railroad tracks turn right onto North Country Road. Turn right at next light onto Oakland Avenue, proceed 1 1/2 blocks to 116 Oakland Ave. on right side. We travel to most Hospitals, Health Care Centers, Nursing Facilities and Schools for our patient's convenience. Hours: By appointment only. |
